Boil Water (4 cups).

In a quart jar, place the Earl Grey Tea (4 bags), a slice of Lemons (to taste) and pour in the hot water. Cover and let it steep for 2 hours.

Stir in the Honey (2 Tbsp) and refrigerate the tea for at least another 2 hours.
