In a medium size bowl add the Canned Chickpeas (1 cup), Cucumber (1 cup), Avocado (1 cup), Tomato (1/2 cup), and Fresh Basil (1 Tbsp).

In another small bowl mix the dressing, add the juice from Lemon (1), Olive Oil (1 tsp), Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp), and Salt (to taste). Pour over the top of the vegetable mixture.

Top up with Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp). Lightly toss to combine. Cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate it for a 1 day.
