Serves 9 slices.

I use only 1/4 cup maple syrup and 20-30 drops of liquid stevia. If you're using large eggs, you won't need to add any more water to make up for the loss of 1/4 cup liquid by cutting the syrup in half.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line an 8-inch square or round cake pan with parchment paper or grease with coconut oil.

In a large bowl, combine the Coconut Flour (3/4 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), Ground Ginger (1 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp), Ground Cloves (1/2 tsp), Baking Powder (1 tsp), and Baking Soda (1/2 tsp).

In a medium bowl, combine Large Eggs (4), Maple Syrup (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Apple Sauce (1/2 cup), and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (4 Tbsp).
