Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Butter an 8×8 baking dish, or spray with Nonstick Cooking Spray (1 tsp). Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add Golden Delicious Apples (6), Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp), and 1 1/2 tsp of Lemon Juice (1). Stir to combine, then transfer to the prepared baking dish.

In a separate mixing bowl, add Brown Sugar (1 cup), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3/4 cup), All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), Kosher Salt (1 pinch), and Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup). Use two forks or even your hands to cut butter into the mixture until the mixture resembles pea-sized crumbs.
