In a pan over medium-high heat, heat up Olive Oil (3 Tbsp), then add in Yellow Onion (1). Cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Add Ground Beef (1 lb) and cook for about 3 minutes, break the beef into smaller pieces as you cook.

Mix in Button Mushroom (1 cup) and keep stirring. Continue cooking for about 5-7 minutes until the beef is fully cooked and most moisture from the mushroom is evaporated.

In the same pan over high heat, add Tomato Paste (3 Tbsp) and cook for 1 minute to develop flavor.

Add Diced Tomatoes (1 can), Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp), Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Italian Seasoning (1 tsp), Vegetable Stock (4 Tbsp), Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Bring to a simmer and cook until the liquid is thickened and becomes a saucy texture, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat.
