Into a mixing bowl, add Macintosh Apples (3), All-Purpose Flour (3 Tbsp), Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp), and Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp). Mix until apples are well-coated.

Into another mixing bowl, add Cake Flour (3 cups), Granulated Sugar (2 cups), Baking Powder (2 tsp), and Salt (1/2 tsp). Using a whisk, stir to combine.

Into the bowl of a stand mixer, add Vegetable Oil (1 cup), Eggs (4), Oranges (1 1/2) and Vanilla Extract (1 Tbsp). Mix until combined.

Slowly incorporate the flour mixture into the egg mixture, 1/3 at a time.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Pour half of the batter into a floured bundt pan.
