In a pan over high heat add the Ground Beef (2 lb) to brown. After 2 minutes start breaking apart with a wooden spoon.

In a small bowl add the Stewed Tomatoes (1 can) and use a stick blender to puree them.

Season the ground beef with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Once almost fully cooked drain the fat from the pan leaving only about 1 tablespoon of the fat. Add in the Onion (1) and Green Bell Pepper (1), mix and cook for about 2 minutes while continuing to break apart the meat.

Add the stewed tomato puree, Marinara Sauce (1 can) and Tomato Paste (2/3 cup) to the pot. Season with Dried Oregano (1 Tbsp), Dried Basil (2 tsp), Smoked Paprika (2 Tbsp), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 tsp), Kosher Salt (2 tsp), Celery Seeds (2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (2 tsp). Turn the heat down to medium and add the Granulated Sugar (3 Tbsp) and Garlic (2 tsp). Stir everything together.

Set the heat to medium-low, cover the pot and continue to cook for 25 minutes.

Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Stir in some Liquid Smoke (2 tsp), Fresh Baby Spinach (7 1/2 cups), Tomato (1) and stir. Cover again and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with pasta and garnish with Parmesan Cheese (to taste) and Fresh Parsley (to taste).
