Cooking Instructions

Drain Canned White Beans (1 cup). Mash and mix up Feta Cheese (3/4 cup) and white beans in a bowl.

Finely chop Scallion (1 bunch) Red Bell Pepper (1/2), Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp) Tomato (1/2) and Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp).

Add chopped ingredients along with Salt (1 tsp), Garlic Powder (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) to the bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup), Mayonnaise (2 Tbsp), Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp), Fresh Chives (2 Tbsp) and juice from the Lemon (1/4). Mix well.

Heat the Large Flour Tortilla (1) for 30 seconds in a frying pan.

Down the middle of the tortilla place a quarter cup of the spread and then a spoonful of filler.

Roll up wrap.
