Hi, I'm Nicko, welcome to Nicko's Kitchen! For the last 10 years we have been getting people into the kitchen to cook amazing meals for the whole family to enjoy.

Cooking Instructions

Hide images
step 1
Into a pan over high heat, add Olive Oil (1 Tbsp). Once warm, add 80/20 Lean Ground Beef (1 lb) and season with Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as you go.
step 2
Add Tomato Paste (1 Tbsp), Garlic (1/2 tsp), and Paprika (1/2 tsp). Mix everything well and leave to cook through. This whole process should only take 5-7 minutes over high heat.
step 3
Into a mixing bowl, add Mayonnaise (1 cup), Yellow Mustard (1 tsp), Distilled White Vinegar (1 tsp), White Onions (4 Tbsp), and additional salt and pepper. Mix everything together and what you’ll end up with is almost like a big mac sauce, but without the sugar.
step 4
To serve, heap the ground beef and add the Lettuce Leaves (8). Add whatever toppings you wish, like Tomato (1), Beet (1), Dill Pickles (4), and Cheddar Cheese (1 cup). Dollop the sauce next to it. Enjoy!
