In a measuring cup mix Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Onion Powder (1 tsp), and Dried Mixed Herbs (2 tsp). Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and mix well together.

Chop the Potatoes (2 lb) into little pieces and partially cook them. You can boil them on the stove for 5 to 10 minutes until they are still firm and not cooked through yet.
