Cooking Instructions

Put the Ground Chuck (1 lb) in a pot and brown the meat.
step 2
Drain the meat to get the oil out. Return the meat to the pot and add the Salsa (3 1/3 cups). Stir to combine.
step 3
Add the Water (1 cup) and Chili Seasoning (3 Tbsp). Simmer and stir for about 15 minutes, until the meat is nearly fully cooked.

Drain the Canned Red Kidney Beans (2 1/3 cups) and add them to the pot. Simmer the chili for 10 more minutes without the lid on.
step 5
Serve chili in bowls. Top with Cheddar Cheese (to taste) and Sour Cream (to taste). Enjoy!
