Place Fresh Blueberries (1 1/2 cups), 1/2 Tbsp juice from Lemon (1), Water (2/3 cup) and Caster Sugar (3 Tbsp) in a blender and blend until smooth.
step 1 Place Fresh Blueberries (1 1/2 cups), 1/2 Tbsp juice from Lemon (1), Water (2/3 cup) and Caster Sugar (3 Tbsp) in a blender and blend until smooth.

Place Blueberry Yogurt (3/4 cup), 2 tsp Lemon Juice, Water (3 1/3 Tbsp) and Granulated Sugar (1 tsp) in a cup or bowl and whisk till the sugar dissolves and is combined.

Pour alternate layers of the blueberry and blueberry yogurt into popsicle moulds, allowing each layer to freeze for 30 minutes or partially frozen before adding the next layer.

Once all the layers are added, insert skewer sticks in the center. Freeze the popsicles for at least few hours or overnight before serving.
