Combine Light Soy Sauce (1/2 tsp), Dark Soy Sauce (1/2 tsp), Salt (1/4 tsp), Granulated Sugar (1/2 tsp), Sesame Oil (1/2 tsp), Oyster Sauce (1 tsp), Ginger Paste (1/2 tsp), Cooking Wine (1 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1 dash) in a bowl. Marinate Chicken Wings (10.5 oz) with the seasoning for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Heat up frying pan with some oil and pan fry chicken wings on both sides till brown at medium heat. Add in the shreddedFresh Ginger (2 slices) and Chili Peppers (to taste) and continue to fry the chicken wings to almost cooked.

Pour in Oyster Sauce (1 Tbsp) and Water (1/2 cup), bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until sauce slightly thickened (you may add a little more water if you find the thickened sauce is too salty). Garnish with some toasted white sesame seeds.
