Cream cheese, sugar, banana, vanilla and whipping cream are combined and poured on to a rich cookie base. Cooking Instructions

Into a bowl, add in and mix your crushed Vanilla Cream-Filled Cookies (20), and Butter (2 oz).

Into a tin baking lined with some baking paper, add in your cookie mixture, and make sure it is compressed well. Then, pop . it in the fridge to chill while you work on your filling.

Using an electric mixer, beat the Cream Cheese (3 1/4 cups) until it is nice and smooth. Then, add in and mix the Caster Sugar (2/3 cup), Corn Flour (2 Tbsp) and Eggs (3)

Add in the Whipping Cream (1/2 cup), Vanilla Extract (2 tsp) and Banana (1 cup), and blend everything together until smooth.

Put your filling over the cake, and bake under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 15 minutes.
