Over a double boiler, melt Butter (1/2 cup) and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1 1/3 cups). Add Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) and Brown Sugar (4 Tbsp). Remove from heat and set aside to cool completely.
