Over medium high heat, add Oil (2 Tbsp) to a pan and cook Onion (1) with some salt for 4 minutes. Set aside to the pan and add Sirloin Steak (1 lb). Add Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
