In a food processor, add Tomato Sauce (1 cup), Tomato Paste (4 Tbsp), Garlic (1 clove), Dried Basil (1 tsp), Dried Oregano (1 tsp), Onion Powder (1/4 tsp), Caster Sugar (1/2 tsp), Salt (1/4 tsp). Mix until homogeneous and transfer to a bowl.

Roll out the Pizza Dough (1 lb) into a 12-13 inch diameter circle. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
