Combine Tahini (1/3 cup), Sea Salt (1/4 tsp), Maple Syrup (1/3 cup), Oats (1 1/2 cups), Ground Cinnamon (1 Tbsp), Mini Chocolate Chips (1/3 cup) together in a large mixing bowl. Stir together until fully combined. Make sure the tahini is evenly spread throughout the cookies.
